The influence of Jirisan Mountain's cool air currents freezing at night and melting during the day is a phenomenon. From November until January of the following year, the dried persimmon's natural freeze-drying makes it possible for the production of delicious dried persimmons and their ever-growing natural sugar rather than this particular location. Also, It was famous for the contributing product to the king, and it is designated as geographical indication system for the first time (Korea Forest Service No. 3) and it is still popular in being sold on purpose of gifts in department stores in Seoul.
